Digital Products Policy
Effective date: February 23, 2026. SoftSchedule digital products (including pre-built itineraries, templates, guides, and downloads) are sold by and delivered digitally.
No refunds / no returns (digital)
All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of instant/digital access, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Delivery
Digital files are delivered via the method stated at checkout (for example: Beam, email link, or account access). If you don’t receive access within a reasonable timeframe, contact support and we’ll help.
License / personal use
Unless otherwise stated, your purchase grants a non-transferable license for your personal use (or internal use for your team, if explicitly stated). You may not resell, redistribute, share, or upload the files publicly.
No guarantees
These products provide planning ideas and tools, not guarantees of outcomes. You are responsible for verifying details such as hours, pricing, age restrictions, safety, accessibility, travel requirements, and local rules.
Tech requirements
You are responsible for having the software/apps needed to open and use the files (for example: a PDF reader or a Canva account). If you’re unsure, contact us before purchase.
Support
Support includes help with access and downloads by replying to your order confirmation email. Customization or consulting is not included unless explicitly stated.
