I maintain your schedule in your chosen tools (Google Calendar, Homebase, Notion view, or similar) and send you a quick heads-up on what’s coming.
Once a month I review with you what’s working, what’s heavy, and where I can tweak staffing, hours, or policies to support you and your team better.
