What kind of clients do you usually work with?
Mostly studio owners, wellness spaces, small teams, and service-based businesses who are juggling staff, bookings, and real-life responsibilities. often all at once.
Do I have to get my schedule organized before we work together?
No. You do not need a clean system before working together. that’s the point. I expect some chaos. I’ll map what’s actually happening and go from there.
What tools do you use?
I regularly work with Google Calendar, Notion, Cal.com, Calendly, and staff scheduling tools like Homebase. If you’re using something different, I can usually adapt as long as it supports the basics you need.
Will you also answer my emails, DMs, or run my whole operations?
No. My focus is schedule, staffing, and systems. not full virtual assistant work. I help you design and maintain structure so you or your team can handle communication more smoothly.
Do you only work in one time zone?
I’m based in Arizona (MST year-round). I primarily work with North American clients, but I’m open to other time zones as long as our working hours overlap in a realistic way.
Can I start directly on the monthly package?
For most people, it makes sense to start with Ohm Base, which is a one-time project where I map and clean up your schedule. If your system is already fairly solid and you’re simply ready to hand off maintenance, I can talk with you about starting with Zen Shifts.
