SoftSchedule may collect information you choose to share through forms, email, purchases, consultations, or project intake. This may include your name, contact information, project details, family or business needs, and files you voluntarily provide for a service.
Information is used to respond to inquiries, provide services, fulfill purchases, improve offerings, and manage client communication. SoftSchedule does not sell personal information.
For CLAY or educational services, parents may choose to provide learning details, report cards, progress reports, or other records for higher-tier customization. These materials should only be shared voluntarily and will be used for the requested planning or customization work.
