Who we are. , doing business as SoftSchedule (“SoftSchedule,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides planning, scheduling, and organizational support services.

1) Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access non-public areas, interfere with site operations, or copy/scrape content for resale or redistribution.

2) Services are planning-only unless stated

SoftSchedule provides planning, advisory, and organizational support. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or HR advice. Any references to “policies” or “best practices” are informational only.

3) Third-party vendors & availability

Recommendations may include third-party venues, vendors, software, restaurants, or services. We do not control availability, pricing, cancellations, or quality of third-party services and make no guarantees.

4) Digital products (Soft Shop)

Licensed, not sold. Digital products are provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publicly post the files, or use them to create competing products.

All sales final. Due to the nature of digital delivery, all digital product purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

5) Payments

Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full payment card details.

6) Disclaimers

The website, services, and products are provided “as-is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Results are not guaranteed.

7) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoftSchedule will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to SoftSchedule for the applicable service or product.

8) Governing law

These Terms are governed by Arizona law. Any disputes will be brought in state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless otherwise required by law.
