Scope
Scheduling, light operations setup, and clear communication systems. I do not replace medical, legal, or accounting services.
Access
You add me to the tools you use, for example Cal.com, Calendly, Acuity, Jane, Notion, or Homebase. You can remove access at any time.
Billing and refunds
One time packages are paid up front. Monthly support renews each month. If something is not working, tell me and I will try to make it right. Refunds are not guaranteed after work is delivered.
Communication
I keep messages short and kind. I ask for decisions when needed and keep you informed without noise.
Privacy
I use your data only to provide the service. I do not sell it. Sensitive data is handled with care and kept to the minimum needed.
Limitations
I cannot guarantee business outcomes. Schedules depend on your team, your clients, and your systems. I will be clear about what I can and cannot do.
