What a plan looks like

Short, real-life examples of how SoftSchedule lays out pacing, options, and backups.

The Daydream Edit · Kid-friendly + animals + low-stress

Snapshot: Calm pace · Kid-friendly · Minimal driving · Food + animals

Example themes:

  • Butterfly day: butterfly immersion → tea/café → shaded garden loop → butterfly-themed treat.
  • Dino day: natural history museum time block → dino-themed snack/treat stop → short “fossil hunt” activity → easy park/play finish.
  • 11:00–12:15 Themed animal anchor (Plan A) + a nearby backup (Plan B). Example: a butterfly experience (Scottsdale-area exhibit / conservatory) or a farm stop with a butterfly activity.
  • 12:30–1:30 A “cute + calm” lunch reset. Example: a small French café, tea room, or a kid-friendly spot with one special treat.
  • 1:45–3:00 Short, shaded walking loop + one hands-on activity tied to the theme. Example: butterfly crafts, nature journaling, or a quick scavenger list.
  • 3:15–4:00 Low-wait ending that matches the theme. Example: a dessert stop (bonus if it has themed treats), then a short park/play stop on the way out.

Built-in backup: If crowds spike, switch to the backup plan within 10 minutes.

Includes: links, best arrival times, parking notes, packing list, and detour options.

The Weekend Edit · Culture immersion + food-focused

Snapshot: Standard pace · Walkable blocks · Markets + neighborhoods · One anchor meal/day

  • Day 1 Market → café stop → neighborhood loop → dinner reservation
  • Day 2 Cultural stop (timed off-peak) → casual lunch → scenic sunset spot

Two options included: a lighter flow (more breaks) + a fuller flow (adds nice-to-haves if energy is high).

Includes: map-ordered stops, backup options, and a simple pacing guide.

Team / Small Business Outing · Half-day run-of-show

Snapshot: Half-day · Low-friction logistics · Networking-friendly · Easy transitions

  • 2:00–2:20 Arrival window + welcome cue (no awkward start)
  • 2:20–3:10 Primary activity (timed start, tickets linked)
  • 3:10–3:30 Buffer + photo moment + reset
  • 3:30–4:45 Food + structured mingling prompts (optional)
  • 4:45–5:00 Clean close + next-step cue

Includes: run-of-show, reservation links, role suggestions, backup plan, and “if the group runs late” adjustments.

FAQ

Do you book anything for me?

Planning-first. I don’t book flights or hotels. For local/U.S. plans, I can book dining and activity reservations as an add-on.

What if we get tired or plans change?

Every itinerary includes options and backups, plus detour options so you can pivot quickly without losing the day.

How do you match our pace?

You’ll choose your pace (Chill / Standard / Maximize) and vibe + comfort settings, and I build the schedule around that.

How do revisions work?

Each package includes one revision for small adjustments (timing, swaps, pacing). Bigger changes (new city/dates) are a rework.
